As always, customization and a vast selection of options, along with a large selection of floor plans insures your new Ranch home will serve you for years to come.  Many plans feature maintenance-free exteriors. Our custom two-story homes are the best square footage value because we build them as four finished sections and assemble them vertically on your foundation in sizes up to 3,700 square feet.  We still have the same important exterior options as our other products, and some customization is available to our standard floor plans.  Available in 7/12 pitch roof, 20" fixed eaves (not hinged) and grand foyers.

The curb appeal of our two-level, custom Cape Cod products make it one of our most popular designs.  This home is delivered with the upper level to be finished on site.  We are standard with a 12/12 pitch roof which increases your livable upper level square footage.  The roomy second level can be finished as part of your initial purchase or left unfinished to be finished at a later date.
